I see people at my gym everyday following along with a personal trainer and learning the "proper" way to train. I think that it is a good way to start out if you are a beginner or even if you are a little stagnant and want to see things from someone else's point of view.
But are these people really learning the right way for their body or are they doing a typical "cookie cutter" routine that all of the new people in their gym do? If you are new, I really don't feel that it is as important wha
